15 Days of Writing Prompts: Day 1 ~ Light

In Celebration of my 200th post (yaay!), today I am starting 15 Days of Writing Prompts. Please try them, too, share them, and pingback if you feel so inclined. These are 15 prompts from Natalie Goldberg in Writing Down the Bones. If you have a copy of the book, you can find the list starting on page 20. I find Natalie’s book to be like a store house of gold; open it up anywhere and find treasure. Come back each day for the next 14 days for a new treasure you can try to grow your regular writing practice.

Here’s the Prompt for Day 1:

1. Tell about the quality of light coming in through your window. Jump in and write. Don’t worry if it is night and your curtains are closed or you would rather write about the light up north- just write. Go for ten minutes, fifteen, a half hour.

Go! Reference a link to this post to *pingback* and see your post & read others’.
